Richard McKinnon is responsible for overseeing all brokerage activities at The Grossman Companies, Inc. An excellent business strategist with extensive market knowledge, Richard has been instrumental in attracting several prestigious tenants to properties owned and managed by The Grossman Companies, Inc. Among these are Federated Investors, Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, Mortgage Guaranty Trust Co. (MGIC), and Kemper Insurance.

Richard's activities include leadership roles in a number of professional associations. He has twice been named to the Greater Boston Real Estate Board's Multi-Million Dollar Commercial Leasing Club, is a past chairman of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee, and actively participates in the Commercial Leasing and Investment Committee and the Real Estate Finance Association. He also is a frequent contributor of articles to The Boston Herald and The New England Real Estate Journal. Richard is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.
