Phillip T. Sheridan, Jr. a former Certified Public Accountant who specializes in real estate, has over 25 years experience in commercial and residential property management. He is responsible for the control and accounting functions at The Grossman Companies, Inc. He oversees all of The Grossman Companies’ financial records, internal auditing, and management information systems. Phil worked for national and regional accounting firms before joining The Grossman Companies, Inc. in 1988.

Phil received his M.B.A. and M.S. degrees from Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Accounting. He volunteers on several boards of Condominium and Homeowner Associations.
