Lisa Johnson is responsible for all property management activities at The Grossman Companies, Inc. She joined the Property Management Team in 1996 and gained hands-on experience in all aspects of construction supervision and property management. She manages several of the company’s retail, office and industrial properties and became the Property Management Team Leader in the Spring of 2011. She oversees third-party management contracts.

Lisa is a fitness enthusiast, having run a marathon, two half-marathons, and several local road races. She also completed a 150-mile bike ride to raise funds for charitable organizations.

She volunteers in the Meals on Wheels program, bringing hot meals and friendly visit to Quincy’s seniors, and is active on the PTO Board in the Quincy Public Schools. Lisa retired from the US Army and Massachusetts National Guard after serving for more than 20 years. For a few of those years, she worked at the Pentagon.
