At The Grossman Companies, we pride ourselves in being “tenant friendly.” Our experienced team manages all of the day-to-day operations at our properties; from cleaning to landscaping to any emergencies that may arise, we are available to our tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In addition to our own maintenance staff, we are proud of our longstanding relationships with local subcontractors who provide prompt, professional service. In order to contain prices and rents, we regularly bid routine work such as waste management and award annual contracts for all services.

The Grossman Companies’ Property Management Team is actively growing its third-party property management assignments in southern New England. We cost, bid and supervise renovations and buildouts on behalf of our tenants and landlord clients. We provide full operating and capital budget preparation and offer full MIS reporting, including variance reports on daily operation and capital projects. We don't like surprises — and we know our tenants don't either.
