McKINNON OF GROSSMAN COMPANIES LEASES 112,000 S/F IN THIRD QUARTER
Several Retail, Office & Industrial Deals in Three States
DECEMBER 2006 — Despite an uncertain economy, the third quarter of 2006 was a busy one for the Brokerage Services division of The Grossman Companies, Inc., the Quincy (Mass.) based commercial real estate firm.
In recent months, Grossman Companies’ Director of Brokerage Services Richard McKinnon consummated about a dozen new leases and lease renewals totaling over 112,000 square feet. He represented owners and/or tenants of retail, office and industrial / warehouse / air freight tenants in three states.

- Residences at Munroe Place, Quincy Center — 2,800 s/f
- Industrial, Air Freight / Warehouse Space — 48,000 Square Feet
- 310 McClellan Highway, East Boston
- 506 Hayden Station Rd., Windsor, CT
