McKINNON OF GROSSMAN COMPANIES SIGNS FIVE TENANTS AT WELLESLEY LANDMARK
Office Building Nears 100% Occupancy
DECEMBER 2006 — In recent months, three new tenants have leased office space and two others renewed their leases at 572 Washington Street, also known as the Rotunda Building, in Wellesley Center.
The new tenants are Dr. Linda Smith, HWS Investments, Inc., and High Technique. Renewing their leases are Dr. Thomas D. John and psychologist Dr. Ingrid Rabb.
The announcement was made by Richard McKinnon, Director of Brokerage Services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., the exclusive agent for the property. McKinnon represented the tenants and owners in most negotiations.
The location is convenient to shops, restaurants, public transportation, Route 128, and the Mass. Pike The property is adjacent to a new condo development in Wellesley Center, formerly the site of the Wellesley Inn Hotel. Among long-time street-level tenants in the building are Anderson Jewelers, J. Todd Gallery and Amarin.
McKinnon says one 542 square-foot office suite is still available for lease in the building.
