GROSSMAN COMPANIES OFFERS NAMING RIGHTS FOR LANDMARK TEN 99 OFFICE BUILDING IN ROCKLAND
50,400 Square Feet (Subdividable) Coming Available in 07 First-Time Offer for Rockland Office Property

OCTOBER 2006 — For the first time, the owners of one of the South Shore’s premier office building — Ten 99 Hingham Street on Route 228 in Rockland (Mass.) — are offering naming rights to a tenant who signs a multi-year lease for at least 20,000 square feet.

A total of 50,400 square feet is coming available for lease early in 2007. The space is subdividable.

Richard McKinnon, Director of Brokerage Services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy, is exclusive broker for the property at the junction of Routes 3 and 228 near the Rockland / Hingham line. Ten 99 Hingham Street consists of 60,000 square feet set on a six-acre wooded site. The three-story building is distinguished by its continuous windows, large atrium and contrasting brick façade. Easy access to major highways and proximity to three hotels, restaurants and function facilities add to the location’s attraction. It is opposite the commuter bus station. For many years, most of the building has been occupied by a single tenant.

McKinnon says, “A company’s name on a building provides visibility and helps build brand identity. People will use your company name as a landmark when giving directions, and over time it becomes known as the ‘XYZ Building.’ You can’t really attach a value to that.” He asks interested parties to call for details.

The Grossman Companies, Inc., as exclusive agent, offers a full range of brokerage services, with a focus on sales and leasing of commercial property throughout New England. For more information, contact Richard McKinnon at 617-472-2000, or richmck@grossmanco.com.
