NAMING RIGHTS OFFERED ON TWO LANDMARK OFFICE BUILDINGS

MARCH 2006 — Businesses looking to ‘make a name’ for themselves north or south of Boston might want to take The Grossman Companies, Inc., up on their most recent offer.
For the first time, tenants leasing a minimum amount of office space (for a minimum term) at the landmark 130 New Boston Street in Woburn or 1099 Hingham Street in Rockland will have naming rights for the entire property, according to Richard McKinnon, exclusive broker and Director of Brokerage Services for The Grossman Companies.
