HARVARD VANGUARD LEASES 2,800 SQUARE FEET AT BRAINTREE EXECUTIVE PARK
McKinnon of Grossman Companies Makes Negotiations
FEBRUARY 2006 — Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Inc., a multi-specialty medical group practice delivering health and wellness services throughout Greater Boston, has leased 2,800 square feet at 150 Grossman Drive, Braintree Executive Park, in Braintree.
Richard McKinnon, Director of Brokerage Services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy represented the landlord and tenant in lease negotiations.
Braintree Executive Park consists of twin first-class office buildings at 100 and 150 Grossman Drive adjacent to the landmark K-Mart Plaza off Route 3. The buildings, about 10 miles south of Boston, are also home to such well-known businesses as Quadgraphics, Rockland Trust, Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Tremont Credit Union, and University of Phoenix, among others. “Tenants appreciate being able to locate in a suburban campus setting with downtown Boston amenities,” McKinnon says.
