We're tenant friendly. Our experienced team manages all day-to-day operations at our properties, from cleaning to landscaping, as well as emergencies that may arise 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to our own maintenance staff, we are proud of our longstanding relationships with local subcontractors who provide prompt, professional service. In order to contain prices and rents, we regularly bid routine work such as waste management and award annual contracts for all services.
We cost, bid and supervise renovations and buildouts on behalf of tenants, provide full operating and capital budget preparation, and offer full MIS reporting including variance reports on daily operation and capital projects. We don't like surprises — and we know our tenants don't either.
The Grossman Companies, Inc. Property Management Team is available for third-party management in southern New England. For example, we provide these services on behalf of the owners of Braintree Executive Park in Braintree, MA, two Class A office buildings with a total of 125,000 square feet and some very prestigious long-time tenants such as University of Phoenix.
